Charges
Per stay there is a one off refundable security deposit of £150
Per week (7 days) the charge for 2008 is £210 at all times
Each extra day after is £30
For stays of less than a week please contact us for a quote
For stays of more than 2 weeks extra discounts will apply
Example of 2 week stay cost £420
Deposit to secure booking £100
Then 6 weeks prior to rental
Security deposit £150
Remainder of rental £320
Then 6 weeks prior to rental

At the end of the stay the management company inspect the property. When they inform us this has been done and there is no loss or damage we will return the security deposit. Usually within 14 days.
After the management company walk through the security deposit £150 is usually returned..
House policy
There is no smoking permitted in the house. Guests may smoke in the patio but we would ask that they leave it clean afterwards.
There are no pets allowed. In the event of a special need being shown I.e. Guide dog, we might consider allowing these but the village management have strict rules on what is permitted.
There is no lifeguard in the pool and all children must be supervised when in the pool or play areas.
Payment details will be agreed at the time of booking. If payment is not received in the agreed timescale the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled which may result in loss of deposit.
If you need to cancel a booking at less than 2 months notice we will endeavour to get another booking and will refund the amount we receive for the replacement booking. In the event that the rate we receive is less than the original amount agreed we reserve the right to keep the difference.
Finally please remember that we are not a large impersonal holiday company but a couple just trying to maintain a family holiday home. We do understand how circumstances may change and will deal with any problems with a sympathetic ear.
